The LFB Retired Members Association event at G26/D22 Acton Fire Station.

Saturday 26th August saw another of the popular get togethers organised jointly by the LFB Retired Members Association (D and G Divs) and station staff for retired members of the LFB, and in particular, those formally based at the station.

240FLM and the beautifully restored LFB 1958 AEC Emergency Tender OXT 779 were in attendance to help those present be reminded of the appliances that they would have been very familiar with.

A generous helping of tea, coffee, sandwiches and cake was available for the 20 attendees and much " lamp swinging" went on.
